• Access to bilingual tourism counsellor at Visitor Information Centre 
• Provide event welcome signage at airport & major hotels
• Arrange liaison with Saint John Airport Meet & Greet Committee
• Provide listing on city events calendar
• Co-ordinate media relations
• Assist with Provincial tourism contacts
